Abstract: Udang beku merupakan salah satu jenis udang yang diekspor dari hasil perikanan dan memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai salah satu komoditas andalan pada sektor perikanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ekspor udang beku Indonesia di pasar non tradisional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu RCA, EPD, dan X-Model untuk menganalisis potensi ekspor serta metode regresi data panel untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ekspor udang beku Indonesia di pasar non tradisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa udang beku Indonesia memiliki potensi yang baik di beberapa negara tujuan pasar non tradisional untuk dikembangkan ekspor. Hasil estimasi pada regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa variabel GDP riil perkapita negara tujuan, jarak ekonomi, harga ekspor, nilai tukar riil, pertumbuhan populasi, serta Logistic Performance Index (LPI) Indonesia dan negara tujuan ekspor memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ekspor udang beku Indonesia ke pasar non tradisional.
Frozen shrimp is one type of shrimp that is exported from fishery products and has enormous potential to be developed as one of the mainstay commodities in the fisheries sector. This study aims to analyze the potential and factors that influence the export of Indonesian frozen shrimp in non-traditional markets. The research methods used are RCA, EPD, and X-Model to analyze export potential and panel data regression method to analyze the factors that influence Indonesia's froz en shrimp exports in non-traditional markets. The results showed that Indonesian frozen shrimp have good potential in several non-traditional market destination countries for export development. The estimation results in panel data regression show that the variables of real GDP per capita of destination countries, economic distance, export prices, real exchange rates, population growth, as well as Indonesia's Logistic Performance Index (LPI) and export destination countries have a significant influence on Indonesia's frozen shrimp exports to other countries. non-traditional market.
