In physics, there is a study that learns systems consisting of subsystems that interact under nonlinear interactions which is named Complex System. An instance of the latest phenomena is Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) outbreaks. This epidemic has not ended until now and the authorities are trying to end the inconveniences that have been caused to the world community as a result of it. Each zymotic has their own pattern of spread and this research aims to find the parameters of COVID-19 which consists of basic reproduction rate and physical distancing. This study was conducted with a discrete sigmoid model using sigmoid function by performing fitting-curve of COVID-19 data from literature. The result of this study will be basic reproduction rate and physical distancing values in various countries. Physical distancing is a new parameter that makes this study different from others studies. |
