Magendut : Make a good feed and cheap for catfish farmers

Abstract

This research aims to create feed that solves the problem of catfish farmers' feed, analyze consumer assessment of alternative feed products maggot BSF, analyze the products needed farmers, and formulate a business model magendut company that suits the consumer's hopes. This research uses Design thinking model. The results obtained are (1) Consumer problems with catfish feed, the perception of catfish farmers to BSF maggot, and BSF maggot products as required by respondents. Overcoming researchers' concerns about environmental concerns caused by organic waste (2) consumers interested in processed BSG maggot (3) Magendut business model with customer segmentation of catfish farmers, the value proposition offered is the ease of getting products and payments, direct channel use and offline store, key metrics for 15 tons of feed sold monthly.
