| dc.description.abstract | Produksi susu segar di Indonesia masih didominasi oleh peternak skala kecil dengan produksi 12-15 liter susu segar per hari yang berada di pedesaan. Makalah ini membahas tentang pengembangan model bisnis untuk agroindustri susu segar di pedesaan. Metode studi kasus berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari agroindustri dengan model bisnis koperasi dan swasta. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada tiga tahap: (1) identifikasi beberapa model bisnis agroindustri susu segar yang berkembang di pedesaan, (2) identifikasi faktor-faktor berpengaruh dalam pengembangan agroindustri dan perhitungan bobot faktor pendukung yang penting, (3) penyusunan model bisnis agroindustri susu segar di pedesaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan tujuh faktor pendukung yang berpengaruh untuk pengembangan agroindustri susu segar di pedesaan, yaitu; (1) kemampuan mengelola organisasi, (2) aktivitas penanganan susu segar, (3) teknologi untuk kegiatan produksi, (4) pelatihan karyawan dan peternak, (5) strategi pemasaran produk, (6) jaminan mutu dan kualitas, (7) kreativitas pelaku usaha. Tujuh faktor tersebut kemudian dinilai dengan penilaian perbandingan berpasangan untuk menghitung bobot faktor penting yang berpengaruh dalam pengembangan agroindustri susu segar di pedesaan yaitu manajemen pengelolaan usaha (0,2641), penanganan bahan baku (0,1510), dan jaminan kualitas (0,1347). Ketiga faktor hasil penilaian merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam mengembangkan agroindustri susu di pedesaan. Usulan model bisnis agroindustri susu segar di pedesaan adalah koperasi sebagai bentuk usaha dan model bisnis yang dijalankan merupakan kombinasi dari praktik baik bisnis privat/ entreprenurship dan praktik model bisnis dari koperasi. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Fresh milk production in Indonesia is mostly dominated by small-scale farmers in rural areas with 12-15 liters daily production capacity. This paper discusses the development of a business model that are suitable for fresh milk gro-industry in rural areas. A case study method was adopted with multiple case studies. The cases consisting of agro-industry with cooperative and private business models. This study conducted through on three stages: (1) identification of four business models of fresh milk agro-industry that are developing in rural areas, (2) identification of influential factors in agro-industry development and calculation of the weight of important supporting factors, (3) creation of a dairy fresh milk agro-industry business model in the countryside. The within and cross case analysis found seven supporting factors that influence the development of fresh milk agro-industry in rural areas there are; (1) organizational management skills, (2) fresh milk handing, (3) technologies for production activities, (4) workforce training, (5) product marketing strategy, (6) quality assurance, (7) the creativity of business actor. These factors then weighted that result in the 3 most important factors that are organizational management skill (0.2641), raw material handling (0.1510), and quality assurance (0.1347). The proposed business model of the fresh milk agro-industry in rural areas is a cooperative as a form of business and a business model that is run by a combination of private or entrepreneurial business practices and the business model practices of cooperatives. | id |
