AKTIVITAS ANTIMIKROBA DAN FITOKIMIA DARI BEBERAPA TANAMAN OBAT

Abstract

Methanol extracted of herbal medicine contained of akaloidae, steroid/fitter peniode, plavonioda phenol and saponin. Only 1 of 12 herb had antibacterial activities against s-agalaetiae inhibition zone means is 18.9 mm, but did not gives inhibition zone against E-colli central antibiotic used were 25 u g. Streptomycin and 10 u g chloramphenicol, that produce no inhibition zone against and agalative, but gave good inhibition zone against E-coli with mean inhiitor zone 20.1 mm and 16.23 mm.
