dc.description.abstractAn experiment was conducted to study the effect of high fiber diets on the cholesterol status and meat fat percentage. Two factors considered in this study as a diet treatment with three ADFlevels i.e 5%, 20% and 35% and two level ofvitamin E i .e. 20 ppm and 40 ppm. The study was carried out under a factorial experiment by using 18 female Mandalung ducklings. Additional six animals were fed with commercial diets and used to compare with those fed with treatment diets. The study showed that ricehull treatments reduced serum and meat cholesterol and also reduced meat fat percentage.id
