Dandang Gendis (Clinacanthus nutans) is a functional vegetable and natural ntioxidant. This study will contribute to standard cultivation procedure of Dandang Gendis harvested as vegetable. The first experiment using Complete Block Design with 2, 3 and 4 nodes cuttings (first factor), a mixture of soil with manure i.e. chicken, cow, a mixture of chicken manure and rice hull, a mixture of cow manure and rice hull with a ratio of 1: 1: 1 (v/v) (second factor). The results of the first experiment showed that three nodes cuttings can be used on all media as the propagation method. The second experiment using split plot design with the type of manure i.e. chicken, cattle, and goats manure (main plot) and the manure rate i.e. 300, 600, 900, 1200, and 1500 g plant-1 (subplot). The results showed that application of 1500 g goats manure plant-1 has the highest yield on all variables in the growth phase, while on harvesting 1200 g goat manure plant-1 produced highest stem, leaf, and total wet weight, stem dry weight, leaf and marketable wet weight. The concentration of chlorophyll a, b and total carotenoids and anthocyanins found to be higher in older leaves than the younger part of the shoots that can be marketed.id
