One of the critical points that affect agribusiness of shallot is the post-harvest handling. Breakthrough technologies are needed to keep the shallots in fresh forms during the excessive production in the high harvest season that can lead to the extreme low price which can negatively affect the farmers. One technology that could be used to solve the problem is the use of storage technology to keep the freshness of shallots. However, this technology should be studied for its feasibility to run in a long term project. The objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility of shallots storage using cold storage with various scenarios. The results of the analysis showed that among the various scenarios analyzed, only the scenario by operating the storage throughout the year (with a rent combination of other commodities) is feasible at a price of IDR 350 per kg per month (price of preference manager).en
