Potato is one of superior horticulture product in Indonesia, which is high nutrient. Potato production on 2011 is lower, (i.e. 15.9 t ha-1 with 59.8 thousands ha) than research yield potency of potato (i.e. 25 t ha-1). Low production of potato can be happened because of limited using of high quality seed. Certified potato seed nationally recently is 15% of 103.6 ton per year. Production of G0 seed aeroponically has been developed comercially in Indonesia. The G0 yield by aeroponically is more than 15 tubers per plant compared to convensionally about 3-5 tubers per plant. The goal of this paper is to assess potency of aeroponic technology to support self-sufficient of potato seed nationally. The planlet need to support self-sufficient of potato seed nationally is 14.566. It is two scenario to support self-sufficient of potato seed nationally by applying aeroponic technology on reducing planlet need 15-67% dan time production 6 months. Aeroponic technology can be applied to support Permentan No 116, year 2013 to make short the potato seed supply by reducing planlet need 3-11%.en
