      Abstract
      Jeruk merupakan salah satu buah yang mengalami neraca perdagangan defisit. Nilai ekspor jeruk Indonesia lebih rendah dibandingkan impor jeruk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi penerapan sustainability supply chain management (SSCM) pada jeruk unggulan, menganalisis kinerja supply chain pada setiap pelaku dalam jeruk unggulan dan merekomendasikan model kebijakan pengembangan SSCM jeruk unggulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam rantai pasok jeruk yaitu petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang pengecer, distributor, kelompok tani, instansi terkait (paguyuban penangkar bibit jeruk, PKHT IPB, Balitjestro, dan BBH Cisurupan Garut). Penerapan SSCM jeruk di kabupaten Garut berjalan tanpa memperhatikan aspek-aspek dalam SSCM seperti perencanaan produksi, distribusi jeruk dan keberlanjutan. Hasil analisis kinerja SCM menunjukkan pelaku rantai pasok yang memperoleh marjin terbesar dari keempat saluran pemasaran yaitu kelompok tani dan farmer’s share terbesar diperoleh pada saluran pemasaran I (petanipedagang pengumpulpengecerkonsumen akhir), sedangkan nilai terkecil adalah pada pemasaran jeruk pada saluran III (petanipedagang pengecerkonsumen akhir).
       
      Orange has the deficit balance of trade. The export value of Indonesian orange is lower than import value. The objective of this study are to identify the application of sustainability supply chain management (SSCM) of orange, to analyze the performance of supply chain of orange and to recommend the policy SSCM on orange agribusiness. The parties involved in the supply chain are farmers, traders, retailers, distributor, farmers' groups, agencies (breeder associations, PKHT IPB, Balitjestro, and BBH Cisurupan Garut). The application of SSCM of orange in Garut had run without taking into account aspects such as production planning in SSCM, distribution and sustainability. The margin for farmer group is the largest and farmer's share of the marketing channel I (farmertradersretailerconsumer) is the largest but the marketing channel III (farmertraders retailerconsumer) is the smallest .
