dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was to verify genotipic differences among drought tolerant putative soybean putative mutant lines and between putative mutant lines and their parental line. DNA samples were taken from 11 putative mutant lines consisting of six drought-tolerant mutant lines and five drought moderate putative mutant lines and Argomulyo variety as parental line. In this study, 12 random primers to amplify the sample DNA. The amplification results showed that only 10 primers are polymorphic. The results of amplification also showed that 11 mutant lines was tolerant and moderate mutant against drought. There were obtained 70 marker of RAPD where only 60 of this marker were polymorphic. The analysis similarities of UPMGA method were resulted mutan5 (M200-39-69-4) and mutan3 (M200-52A-66-8) as the really mutant group (completely unlike the parental)en
