Seeds of soybean Argomulyo variety was irradiated with by gamma ray to induce genetic variability, improved plant architecture, and to produce higher seed yield later. The objectives of this research was to know the radiosensitivity of Argomulyo':variety of Glycine max (L) Merr by gamma ray irradiation and to know the respons of doses level by micI:9"mutation on gamma ray irradiation to the growth and development of Argomulyo variety of Glycine 11ltu (L) Merr (M,). This research is used single factor (doses) that haved 8 level were 0 Gy, 200 Gy, 400 Gy, 600 Gy, 800 Gy, and 1000 Gy. To find the Lethal Doses 50 (LDso) value was using Curve-fit AnaJysis. To know' the respons of doses level by micro mutation on gamma ray irradiation to the growing and development of Argomulyo variety of Glycine max,(L) Merr (M,), the seeds is irradiated by low doses of gamma ray (micro mutation) under LD50 were 0 Gy, 50 Gy, 100 Gy, ISO Gy, and 200 Gy. Results of this research showed that Lethal Doses 50 (LD50) value was 457.178 Gy. Variation that obtained of plant height, amount of branch; amount of pods, amount of empty pods and amount of seeds at generation M, influences plants growth and development either through qualitative and quantitative that finally will influence plants production.
