Efforts anticipating a natural disaster are very important to minimize the impact of a natural disaster. One of efforts that must be done is planning a logistic system to fulfill the needs of staples and medicines in case of a natural disaster. One of the problems in planning a logistics system is to determine the optimal location where is to build the depots for storing disaster logistics, and also to determine routes and frequencies of vehicles for distributing the logistics to the affected areas of natural disaster at minimum cost. This problem can be modeled as an integer linear programming. This model is implemented for the case in West Java Province. This model generates the optimal depot locations and also the routes and frequencies of vehicles for goods distribution in case of a natural disaster.en
