| dc.description.abstract | This study is a case study conducted in Cianjur using 60 member of farmer union (Gapoktan Wangun Jaya) as the object of study, the objective of this study is to develop a measurement tool to calculate the level of farmers’ entrepreneurial skill. The data is processed using the statistical test in the form of reliability and validity test to generate a set of measurement tool which are tested on the object of study in the form of a questionnaire. The results indicate that the measuring instrument fairly reliable and valid in measuring the object of study, and the test results obtained from the 60 respondents show that the level of farmers entrepreneurial skill are diverse, and training necessary to be adjusted based on the level of entrepreneurial skill embedded on the farmer individualy. | en |
