dc.description.abstract | Rice cultivation on acid soil will face several constraints mainly high aluminum (Al) solubility that toxic for plant. Therefore, it requires Al-tolerant rice variety that can be developed through marker assisted breeding. The research objectives is to select the rice BC2F2 population developed from the cross between rice var. IR64 (Al-sensitive) and Hawar Bunar (Al-tolerant) through marker assisted backcross (MAB) selection obtain Al-tolerant rice lines. | en |
