GC-MS and NMR Analysis of ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate Isolated from Kaempferia galanga L Using Distillation Method

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to isolate and analyze ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate which is the main component of Kaempferia galanga L. Volatile oil of K. galanga L obtained by distilled fresh rhizom using simple distillation method.
