The objective of this study was to estimate genetic parameters of antrachnose resistance caused by Colletotrichum acutatum isolate PYK04 for several chili genotypes. This research was conducted from April until August 2009 at Genetic and Plant Breeding Laboratorium, IPB. Laboratory experiment was done to inoculate twenty green fruits by C. acutatum isolate using injection method. Genotypes IPBCl5 and IPBC131 were resistant and moderately resistant to C. acutatum PYK04 isolate, respectively Six genotypes (IPBC2, IPBC9, IPBC10, IPBC14, IPBC15 and IPBC20) were chosen according to resistant to antrachnose, productivity, and technical practise of compatibility crossing. Full diallel crosses were conducted to develop 30 F1 hybrids and their resiprocal. Variable observed was desease incidence. Data were analyzed by Hayman method. The results of study showed that both additive and dominance effects were play important role to control desease incidence, owever, additive was higher than dominant effect. Based on resiprocal analysis, there was no material effect. For this variable, narrow and broad sense heritabilities are high. Genotype IPBC15 x IPBC20 was moderatly resistanten
