This research was conducted to observe the effects association of endophytic bacteria on Rajabulu (AAB) on the ability of PGPR, to promote multiplication and growth during seedling stadium. The first experiment was to study the effect of rhizobacteria to the shoot growth using Randomized Complete Block Design with 2 factors. The first factor is two kinds of rhyzobateria which is P. fluorescens -ES32, B. substilis -SB3 and without rhyzobateria; the second factor is 8 kinds of media, i.e. MS0 (without PGR and withoutTSB ), MS0 + 10% TSB, MS0 + 20% TSB, MS0 + 30% TSB, MS + PGR (BA 2 mg/l + IAA 0,5 mg/l), MS + PGR + 10% TSB, MS + PGR + 20% TSB, MS + PGR + 30% TSB. The experiment results were the use of endophytic bacteria (P. fluorescens -ES32 or B. substilis –SB3) in media MS0 (without PGR) produced more shoots (0.63-2.17shoots/explan) compared to media MS0 (without PGR; without the bacteria = 017shoots/explan) The second experiment was to study the effect of rhizobacteria to the seedling growth, using Randomized Complete Block Design with 2 factors. The first factor was types of rhizobacteria, i.e.: P. fluorescens ES32, B. subtilis SB3 and a combination of both. The second factor was 3 different timing of rhizobacteria application, i.e.: rhizobacteria application during acclimatization (A0); rhizobacteria application 1 week before acclimatization (A1); and rhizobacteria application 2 weeks before acclimatization (A2). Meanwhile, the control sample was treated without bacteria. This experiment was accomplished with three replications. The result showed that both combined and single application rhizobacteria were able to increase the plant’s growth during seedling stadium, compared to the absence of rhizobacteria. Meanwhile, planlet application during in vitro (1-2 weeks before acclimatization) provided better growth compared to application during acclimatization. K
