Komposisi Fisik dan Kualitas Telur Itik Lokal akibat Pemberian Beluntas dalam Pakan yang Berbeda
Abstract
The research was conducted at Poultry Production Department, Faculty of Animal Science,IPB Bogor during 5 months (May-September, 2006). The aim of the research was to study the effect of adding Beluntas powder (Pluchea indica L.) through feed on quality and physical compotition of duck egg. The treatments were divided into 3 different stages of beluntas powder (0%1% and 2%) and 3 repeatment (each of 30 duck) using 90 female mature local ducks. The treatments were not significant on egg weight, physical compotition of egg, shell thickness and yolk color index.
