The experiment aims to study the effect of endophytic fungus (aspergillus niger), the type of fertilizers and watering on the growth of jatropha (jatropha curcas Linn.) seedling. In this experiment three months old of jatropha were growth in 15x 25 cm polybag. The media was mixture of rice-husk coal and Latosol soil (1:1). The plants were treated by combination of fertilizer, endophytic fungus and different of watering frequency. Fertilizer treatment was a 500 g compost (1250 kg ha -1) and NPK fertilizer (30:6:8) 16 g (400 kg ha-1). Aspergillus niger was inoculated on maize media and a 62.5 g (156.25 kg ha-1) of it was added to the poly bag. watering was carried out by every one and two weeks. the result showed that endophytic fungus revealed better response as compared to the control (without endophytic fungus) on the growth of plant, i.e. plant height, leaf number, and fresh weights of shoot. The endophytic fungus treatment in combination with the application of compost and one week watering frequency has the highest chlorofil content (i.e. 85.84 mg L-1) as compared to other treatment. The endophytic fungus treatment also increased significantly the number of xylem. Fertilizer and watering affected significantly on the fresh weight of shoot in the treatment of combination between compost and endophytic fungus wether with one week or two week watering frequency.en
