The research was aimed to study induction of etiolated shoot by optimization of NAA and GA3 .onccntration, as well as BAP concentration in shoot multiplication of pineapple (Ananas comosus (L) Mcrr.) cv. Smooth Cayenne. Induction of etiolated shoot experiment arranged three replications of Complete Random Design with two factors, which fll'st factor was NAA with three level of concentration (0 _ .g/1, 1 mg/1 and 2 mg/1) and second factor was GA3 with three level of concentration (0 mg/1, 0,5 mg/1 and 1 mg/1). Shoot multiplication experiment conducted as one factor of BAP with three level of concentration (2 mg/1, 4 mg/1 and 6 mhl). The result showed that in induction of etiolated shoots, the shoot grew after a week of dark incubation, and at 10 weeks after planting produced 3 to 4 shoots/explant (mean 3,30) with 5 to 6 nodes per shoot (mean 5,73). The result of shoot multiplication showed that number of planets regenerated per node vary with the BAP concentration, highest regeneration rate was showed by 4 mg/1 BAP at 2 to 3 plantlets/ (!Xplnnt (mcnn 2,93).en
