dc.description.abstractWater quality measurement is being main agenda in fisheries intensification pattern, becouse of fast changes in water colomn whices the culture organism live. The phisical and chemical parameter influence for fish culture growing are temperature, salinity, turbidity, pH, disolved oxygen, hydrogen sulfida, C02, Sulfur diocside (S02), dissolved organic matter like phitoplankton and zooplankton. These parameters has an optimum value and need to stabilize in normal and best condition for good living for the culture organism. In this research develop a technic for water quality monitoring and devided in two main system are transmitting system and receiving system. Transmiting system using telemetry radio ICOM V82 and digital system UT 118 with 7 Watt amplifier for line of sight receiver in 4 kilometer range omnidirectional. Solar panel using for the main power in this system. Receiving system using telemetry modul system ICOM V82 and UT118 connected to the computer server. In the computer server develop receiving sofware for data acquisition and graphical user interface (GUI). Testing for the range of receiving data and integrating system into platform has been succesfully done.en
