dc.description.abstractZinc is a port of integral enzyme (metaloenzymes) and playing role to catalyze zinc dependent enzymes, maintaining the balance of acid base; digesting protein; banes, heart,kidney and placenta metabolism; liver function in ethanol oxidating and detoxification; DNA and RNA synthesis, RNA degradation; as a co-factor in collagen synthesis and is a part from collagenose enzyme; immune response. Zinc deficiency triggers the body to be susceptible to infection. The symptoms of zinc deficiency are impared growth, loose hair,diarrhea, impared sexual maturity and impotence, sore eyes and skin rash, and lose appetite. Supplementation is one of the methods to overwhelm zinc deficiency. It is capable to increase immunity system activity and preserve bodies from infection. Zinc takes function in insuline production and storage on low Diabetes Mellitus sufferer, mainly DM type 2.Zinc supplementation is copable to escalate sperm amount and motility on low fertility male. it olso functions to sustain bones health, furthermore the distribution of zinc along with vitamine A is able to iincrease the effect of tuberculosis medicine, zinc is olso competent to impede age-related macular degeneration (AMD) that is initiated by the damage of retina that is caused by free radicals.id
