dc.description.abstractThe objective of this paper is to report the implementation an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) a Geographic Information System (GIS) and GIS implementation at one palm oil plantation in Indonesia. The benefits of GIS for resource management are relatively well known when discussing the applications of this technology and this paper focuses on GIS applications in a specialized sector within resource management - palm oil plantations. This report involves the development of ERP and GIS for palm oil estates with the aim of improving plantation and production management.id
