Abstract

The seiecllon of the meru was based on the rn.~rkel observation in Bogor, which offers a lot of ·solo· dish and yogurt drink. The distinclio'l offered by this kiosk is th~t the menu provides health benefit and is packaged :: I a communication program. Clean, hygienic, and simple presentations are the strenglhs of th€: menus compared to those offered by other existing tood kiosks. Centraiized production proce!;c; can monitor the product quality and enable such a small-scaled busiress to reach the economic scale.
