The speed required to make decisions during crisis is critical to an . Effective decisions mandate simplification in the decision-making and combining the essential tools and knowledge to undertake the process . Such a streamlined decision-making process, in addition to possessing a element that facilitates communication and knowledge, fosters improvements in organizational performance and productivity, especially in crisis management. This research attempts to provide CrismanSoft, a crisis management t model for agroindustry. The simulation model uses an integrated expert system or knowledge-based system, database and data processing systems. We implement the acquired expert's knowledge, economics analysis and the Sugeno non-numeric fuzzy inference. Crisman Soft detects the impact and opportunity of crises, selects the alternatives and recommendations to solve the particular crises within the agroindustry.
