dc.description.abstractObjective of the present study are to study response of Ethyl Methane Sulfonate (EMS) for Aloe vera tissue culture and indentification of morphological variation of Aloe vera planlets. The research were completely randomized design with five replication and 13 level of EMS concentrations as treatments. Variables observation were number and time of shoots growth. Result of research show concentration level 0,02 % EMS have generate mutation at aloe eksplan and concentration level above 0,09 % causing dead eksplan.id
