Pengukuran dan Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Kasus di Sebuah Perusahaan Pembautan Ban)

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a performance measurement system that e~tables orgatlization to clarifj. their vision and strategy and then translates them into plans. BSC suggests that we should view the orga~tizatiott from the financial, customer, business process, learning and growth perspectives. In the product design and development process. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) provides a mmprehensive, systematic approach to ensure tltat the products meet or exceed customer requirements. This paper reports the result of perjormance measurement in a tire industry and customers survey in Jabotabek-Painvise Comparisons method was used for weighing the quality attributes and the measures of the BSC. Customer requirements were analyzed by using QFD. Based on BSC, the par$onnance of the company in 2001 was less good, To meet the highest customer requirements, i.e. the tiru strength. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concept was utilkd to increase the pvltrmance of curing process, tire testing and building process. The company should use BSC as performance measurement system and TPM as maintenance concept.
