dc.description.abstractA research is aimed to get one or more additive which get optimal quality of silage. This experiment use 3 treatments, the treatments consisted of P1= rami leave with gaplek, P2 = rami leave with polard and P3= rami leave with zea mays. Inkubation of Silage for 28,35 and 42 days. The Parameter measured organoleptik (fisik character silage), pH, N-NH3 and digestibility (gas test). Organoleptik/character fisic of P2 and P1 better than character fisik of P3. Silage of rami leave with gaplek can decrease value of pH (P<0,05) and incubation for 35 days get optimal quality of silage. Silage of rami leave with polard can improve value of N-NH3 in fase fermentation. The principle of gas test method is development from in vitro, this method is measuring gas volume as parameter to evaluate of digestibility. Gas production were measured at 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Production gas of silage rami leave with zea mays can improve if compare with another treatments (P<0,05) however rate of passage gas production from silage rami leave with zea mays more slowly than with gaplek.id
