| dc.description.abstract | Watershed observation needs in situ equipment to record data automatically. For regional monitoring several points of measurement are required. Computer based equipment5 are possible to be integrated through cellular phone network service. The integrated .system of computer and cellular phone is possible to produce an extensive telemetry network. Therefore, the data from each station can be easily accessed. The hydromet station will record of rainfall, water level, soil moisture; water current; content of sediment, airtemperatureand humidity; speed and direction ofwind; and net radiation. | id |
