In growth phase, protein taking part in tissues development, feather growth, production and reproduction. One hundred eighty DOC strain ROkky-301 were used to determined their plasma protein concentration which randomly divided into five treatment: (RO) basal diet, (R1) basal diet + 0,5% fresh termites, (R2) basal diet + 1% fresh termites, (R3) basal diet + 1,5% fresh termites, (R4) comerc:ial diet as positive control. This treatment has three replicates with 12 chickens each. Sampling blood plasma started at the beginning of research day 10, day 30 and day SO. Lowry methods were used to determine dissolved protein diet and plasma protein. Results of experiment showed that R3 has highest dissolved protein diet and RO has the lowest dissolved protein diet (7,34% VI 7,21%, respectively). At the end of the research plasma protein each treatment were 4,58%,4,22%,4.00%, 3,79% and 4,20"/0 for R3, R2,. R1, RO and R4 respectively.
