Terpenoids separation and isolation from the bark and saw dust of Shorea leprosula Miq have been carried out using hexane and dichloromethane as a solvent. The hexane crude extract of the bark showed most active in terms of antitermite activity. The mortality of the termte range from 72.0-91.3 for the concentration of extract range from 5.0-45.0%. The colomn fractination from hexane crude extract of the bark by hexane-dicloromethane gradient yield sevent fraction, and only two fraction showed the activity with 57.3% and 62.7% mortality resppectivelly. While from the % termite attact, A fraction showed better activity than B fraction. Qualitative analysis with specific reactions showed that the A fraction presumed to be a sesquiterpenoids lactone with the ketone functional groupid
