The aim of this experiment was to identify the influence of various doses of tocoferol as antioksidant in skim milk extender on the sperm motility and plasma membrane integrity of frozen semen from Etawah-cross Bucks. Semen was collected from eight Etawah-cross bucks by using artificial vagina and evaluated macro and microscopically. The collected semen were diluted in skim milk extender with various doses of tocoferol (0.0 ; 0.2 and 0.3 gr/100ml). Prior to freezing in liquid nitrogen by minitube sistem, the semen was equilibrated at 5OC for 4 hours. The motility and plasma membrane integrity was evaluated before and after freezing. The result of the experiment revealed that the influence of various doses (0.0 ; 0.2 and 0.3 mY100ml) of tocoferol on the sperm motility and plasma membrane integrity of frozen semen from Etawah-cross bucks were not significantly different (P>0.05). However, Skim milk with concentration of 0.3 % (wlv) tocoferol gave the highest average on preserve sperm motility and plasma membrane integrity compare to 0.0 % and 0.2 % dose.
