This study aims to determine the productivity of transporting Pinus merkusii logs in the Cepoko Forest Resort (RPH), Lawu Ds Forest Management Unit (KPH). The transportation equipment used consisted of dump trucks and trucks, with timber loading methods using jeeps and ender-ender. Data from 90 transport cycles were analyzed using a work-time approach. Results showed that the highest actual productivity was achieved by dump trucks loaded from jeep, at 6.08 m³/hour, while the lowest was recorded by trucks from the intermediate to final log yard using ender-ender, at 1.98 m³/hour. Differences in productivity were influenced by working time, hauling distance, loading method, and vehicle type.id
