Proteksi Silang Dari Antibisa Ular Calloselasma Rhodostoma Dan Bungarush Fasciafus Terhadap Dosis Letal Bisa Ular Calloselasma Rhodostoma, Bungarus Fasciatus Dan Naja Naja Sputatrix
Abstract
This research was carried out to study cross protection of Calloselasma rhodostoma and Bungarus fasciatus antivenoms against lethal dose of Calloselasma rhodostorna, Bungarus fasciatus and Naja naja sputatrix venoms. Research was done by three phase of test, (1) snake venoms titration to find out the lethal dose (LDloo) of Calloselasma rhodostoma, Bungarus fasciatus and Naja naja sputatrix venoms, (2) snake antivenoms serum ISABU) titration to find out the ootentiation value of Calloselasma rhodostoma and Bungarus fasciatus antivenoms serum, and (3) the cross protection test by reacting some amount of SABU Calloselasma rhodostoma and Bungarus fasciatus against LDloo of each venoms. Animal models used in this test is male strain A mice with 15 - 17 gram body weight during the test The results of this research show that (1) there is no cross protection between SABU Calloselasma rhodostoma and Bungarus fasciatus to Calloselasma rhodostorna, Bungarus fasciatus and Naja naja sputatrix venom (2) Bungarus fasciatus venom and Naja naja sputatrix venom are mofe toxic than Calloselasrna rhodostoma venom.
