|dc.description.abstract||Water spinaches is one of the horticultural corps that has high economic value and plays important role in fulfillment the various needs of farmer families. Because of its short lifespan, water spinaches tend to has a quick harvest time. One corporation in Bekasi city, called Maura Farm, carried out a hydroponic water spinaches cultivation using floating raft system and NFT (Nutrient Film Technique). Unfortunately, the high demand from the customers can’t be fulfilled by the corporation. Therefore, corporation needs to escalate their water spinaches production by increasing it with a floating raft system in the production process. The purpose of this study is to see the benefits of using a floating raft system. That more efficient, easier on installation maintenance, cheaper optimization of nutrients and water, as well as more convenient and simpler operation.
The study method used in this study are SWOT analysis, market and marketing aspects, production aspect, organization and management aspects, human resources aspect, collaboration and financial aspects. Financial aspects are measured by statistical tests, namely student t-test. The use of t-test to ensure feasibility in the financial sector which has been measured by partial analysis. Derived from financial aspect result, there is an additional advantage from the results of a partial analysis in the amount of Rp16.466.733.33, net profit Rp16.577.827,67, R/C ratio 1,59. In the results of the t-test, the value of t = 6, is greater than t table = 2.776, which means that the results of the development are significantly different from the previous one at the 5% level of significance. Based on the financial aspect using these indicators indicates that this business development study is feasible to be carried out by the corporation. By student t-test with a confidence level of 5%, it was concluded that the increase in real profits was greater before.||id
