Keragaman Konsumsi Pangan dan Hubungannya dengan Status Gizi pada Orang Dewasa di Perkotaan
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the diversity of food consumption and the association with nutritional status among adults in urban area especially in DKI Jakarta. This study using a cross sectional design and secondary data. Subject were 102 adults. The data collected were socio economic characteristic (age, education, family size, nutritional status (BMI and waist hip ratio), food consumption (nutrition intake and dietary diversity score) and healthy status. Diversity of food consumption can measured by Dietary Diversity Score methods and the results showed that most of subject has a good food diversity. Spearman correlation test showed that there was a positive relationship (p<0.05) between BMI with healthy status and education with iron consumption. Other variables observed were not significantly related (p>0.05).
