Strategi Peningkatan Penyaluran Kredit berdasarkan Analisis Kinerja Keuangan dan Faktor Eksternal BPR di Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is a financial institution that is currently undergoing the development as having a role in the funding of small and medium businesses. In Bogor district there are 25 BPR who each have different strengths and weaknesses. Based on the analysis of clusters obtained three groups of BPR are grouped based on ability to manage the assets, the extent of credit risk in traffic, liquidity, profitability and the cost of operation of BPR. Based on the clusters of BPR and analysis of factors internal and external to each group on BPR generated operational strategy to increase distribution center credit BPR and reduce non performing loan. Strategy for BPR group “A” are market developing, improving the facilities owned by BPR, applying the loans system of joint liability groups, improving BPR accuracy and prudence in giving loans. Strategy for BPR group “B” are improving the interest credit, improving customer service and facilities, market penetration and partnering with commercial banks to conduct training/comparative study. Last, the strategy for the BPR group “C” are improving the promotion, improving service, improving the amount of credit channelled and improving the quality of human resources.
