PROSES PENUMBUHAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS LEMBAGA KEUANGAN MIKRO AGRIBISNIS (LKMA) (KASUS DI LKMA SEJAHTERA, KABUPATEN LAMONGAN)

Abstract

Institutional innovation through farmer groups require capital facilities that can be accessed by farmers with ease. In 2008, the Ministry of Agriculture implement PUAP (Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan). Gapoktan a farmer institutional PUAP program implementers who serves as manager of venture capital assistance to farmer members, in the hope that the fund can grow, so that the capital requirements for farming can be met on an ongoing basis. Gapoktan PUAP grant recipients are expected to manage these funds through autonomous business units or savings and loan to Agribussines Microfinance Financial Institutions (LKMA). The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of growth and effectiveness LKMA in Lamongan. Research shows that growth in Gapoktan PUAP LKMA categorized as "good" at this stage of preparation. While the stages of implementation and preparation LKMA development, the result is "less good". While the results of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of the LKMA. LKMA of Gapoktan Sejahtera in Lamongan a sample of performance effectiveness of "good". It can be seen from the four parameters namely organizational aspects of fund distribution PUAP aspects, aspects of the utilization of funds PUAP, and aspects of the refund PUAP which reaches an average value 4. Suggestions research (1) increase the role of Penyelia Mitra Tani (PMT) in assistance, ( 2) develop an autonomous unit LKMA not only as a lending institution, but also savings, (3) develop a process of growing the business through the entrepreneurial spirit LKMA’s member for sustainability.
