      Abstract
Mung bean sprouts waste as alternative feed ingredients have good nutritional quality as livestock feed. Research aimed to eva luate the digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, extract material without nitrogen and nitrogen retention ration with different feeding time management (morning and evening) of Garut lamb. About 12 heads of Garut sheep with the average body weight 15.06±2.41 kg were analyzed in 2x2 factorial randomized complete block design. The first factor was different feed fonnu!a consist of RI (consent rate 60% + grass 40%) and 40%) and R2 (consent rate 60% + mung bean sprouts waste 40%). The second factor was different feeding time consist of P (morning) and S (evening). The result of statistic analysis showed there was no interaction both of treatment in consumption nutrient, digestibility nutrient, nitrogen retention . The type of feed had significant effect (P<O.OS) in DM, Ash, CP, CF, EE, NFE consumption (g kg ., BBo.75). Different feed fonnula treatment had significant effect (P<0.05) in DM, CP, CF for digestibility nutrient, so that different feeding time and the interaction with different feed formula had not significant effect (P>0.05). The value nitrogen retention , nitogen consumption, feces nitrogen and NBP showed that type of feed had significant effect (P<0.05) but feeding time consist of P (morning) and S (evening) bad significant effect (P<0.05) in nitrogen feces and EPN (g kg -, BBo.75).
