Pengaruh budaya kelas terhadap prestasi mahasiswa S1 Departemen Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Institut Pertanian Bogor

Abstract

Every organization has a culture which has been made to establish rules or guidelines in thought and action in achieving the set goals. This means that the growing and well maintained culture will be able to boost the existing individual towards a better development. Culture is one of the factors which can affect achievement and is expected to give positive influence, especially for students in the classroom. The purpose of this study is (1) identifying student’s achievement in Bogor Agricultural University (2) identifying the class culture in Bogor Agricultural University (3) analyzing the influence of class culture on the student’s achievement in Bogor Agricultural University. Sampling method that used in this research is purposive sampling. This research uses analysis of linear regression and processed by SPSS 16.0, Microsoft Excel 2007 and Minitab 14. The result of regression analysis showed that attitude and behaviour jointly and individually effective in improving student’s achievement.
