      Abstract
      Today there are many farmers are aware of the internet to search and obtain relevant information for their work using a mobile device. The development of information and mobile-based communication technologies has been accelerating, making the availability of various operating systems on mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, and gadgets that make it difficult for users when the website that is accessible made only for particular platforms. This research aims to develop mobile application cultivation of red peppers that can be run on multiplatform (cross-platform) mobile devices. The research of this study is a mobile application that is able to adapt in variety of browser operating system on mobile device platforms with a screen resolution size different, using HTML5 and CSS3 techniques. Functional features which have been developed in the system include choosing the chili pepper variety, chili cultivation which includes determination of fertilizer dosage, pest and deasese handly, cultivation knowledge, post-harvest. Module outside of cultivation include farming bussiness analysis, forecasting weather, government policies, and chili pepper price information. Based on the compatibility test is in three native platform browsers (iOS, Android and Windows Phone) at the level of resolution of different screen sizes that can consistently run well.
