Analisis indikator penilaian kinerja dengan faktor pendorong motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Sariwangi AEA
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to identify common performance assessment indicators in PT Sariwangi AEA, to analyze the relationship between indicators of performance assessment and motivating factors and the type of employees at PT Sariwangi AEA, and to analyze the relationship between the interests of the output indicators in the assessment of the performance of the driving factors of work motivation. Based on the results of the study to conclusions is that the assessment of performance indicators applied to the PT Sariwangi AEA are indicators encluding completion of work, quality of work, productivity, discipline, skills, cooperation and initiative. Based on the results of cross-tabulation analysis there is a relationship between the work duration with the work completion indicator while the others do not have any relathionship. According to the results, all performance indicators also have no relationship with education aspect. There is a significant relationship between driving factors (motivator and hygiene factors) with work duration of employees. In education aspect, the driving factors of work motivation have no relationship with the motivation driving factirs at the degred of trust of 5 percent
