The effort to meet customer satisfaction company must increase service assurance to keep coustomers trust .The goal of Quality Control And Quality Assurance is that the company has a competitive advantage . Since the mid 1980 concept of quality has envolve to increas value of company. Total Quality Management makes the organization and focuses on quality. Does PT . Honoris Industry has applied Quality Control System to know has controlled or uncontrolled and knowing what influences of quality in production. Then to see Factor analysis a company analyzes the system in producing area. In the analysis there are analyzes by histogram , control charts , cause-effect diagram and Pareto charts . After analyzed the company is uncontrolled in complain customer prces and productivity but bot of them the divisi of quality control and production divison has increased with positve trend. It is good that a company has improved a process to increase benefit and value.With pareto chart a company knows that the most factor of deffect is short mould, so a manager can formulate a startegi to decrease a problem.an the cause in deffcts areMan ( physical , mental , skills ) Materials ( Fitness requirement ) , Method ( shift turnover ) Engines ( repair and maintenance ) Measurement (error djugement ) and Environment ( TEMP , circulation ) .
