This research aims to study the benefits of milk replacer containing sardinella lemuru oil (MI) and sunflower seed oil (MBBM) via analysis of blood’s profiles pre-weaning lamb. This study used a completely randomized nested design and data were analyzed using ANOVA. Twelve pre-weaning lambs with average body weight of 2.5kg, were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups. P0 is fresh milk (control), P1 (P0 + yolk + MBBM), P2 (P0 + yolk + MI), and P3 (P0 + yolk + MBBM + MI). The treatment (P0,P1,P2 and P3) nested in lamb’s age (28 days and 56 days) with 3 replications. Variables measured include levels of hemoglobin, hematocrit percentage (PCV), red blood cells and white blood cells. The results showed that there were no significant different (P>0.05) additional sardinella lemuru oil (MI) and sunflower seed oil (MBBM) on levels of hemoglobin, hematocrit percentage (PCV), red blood cells and white blood cells. The results is milk replacer can be given to pre-weaning lamb without adding sardinella lemuru oil (MI) and sunflower seed oil (MBBM)
