This research was used binary logistic regression used SPSS version 21. Based of the results, characteristics of respondents who used drive thru ATM facilities Bogor Botanical dominated by men (55%), aged 26-35 (33%), private employees (45%), earning Rp. 3.000.000 - Rp. 6.000.000 (56%) and more widely used by pedestrians (45%). The most dominant independent variables affected customer satisfaction is a transaction convenience for direct and significant impact on customer satisfaction because it has a p-value < alpha 10%, as well as having the greatest odds ratio among other variables of 8,336.
