Studi analisis Aktivitas Fisik, Konsumsi Pangan, Status Gizi dan Tekanan Darah Peserta Senam Diabetes di RSUD Cibinong

Abstract

Increasing physical activity and diet regulation is factor to prevent increase health problems such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between physical activity, food consumption, nutritional status and blood pressure of diabetes gymnastic participant. Research design using a cross-sectional study, site selection was done by purposive sampling. Sampling technique using the entire population of gymnastic participants. Based on the Spearman correlation test, there was significant relationship (p<0.05) between education and nutritional knowledge, as well nutritional status and adequacy level of protein. Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between education and blood pressure. However, no significant relationship (p>0.05) between occupation, marital status and age with blood pressure and nutritional knowledge, nutritional knowledge with food consumption, nutritional status with energy adequecy levels and blood pressure, as well physical activity with blood pressure.
