      Kecernaan nutrien ransum sapi bali dengan penambahan sabun kalsium minyak kedelai secara in vitro

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan minyak kedelai yang diproteksi dengan sabun kalsium pada ransum terhadap kecernaan nutrien yaitu kecernaan bahan kering (KcBK), kecernaan bahan organik (KcBO), kecernaan protein kasar (KcPK), kecernaan lemak kasar (KcLK), dan kecernaan serat kasar (KcSK) secara in vitro. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan meliputi Perlakuan ransum kontrol (K), K + minyak kedelai 5% (M), dan K + sabun kalsium minyak kedelai 5% (S). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan minyak kedelai pada tingkat 5% baik proteksi maupun tanpa proteksi dengan teknik sabun kalsium tidak mempengaruhi kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik, kecernaan protein kasar, serat kasar dan lemak kasar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sabun kalsium minyak kedelai tidak memiliki efek negatif pada aktivitas rumen dalam degradasi pakan.
       
      The research was aimed to evaluate the effect of soybean oil addition with and without protection using calcium soap in the diet on in vitro dry matter digestibility (DMD), organic matter digestibility (OMD), crude protein digestibility (CPD), ether extract digestibility (EED) and crude fiber digestibility (CFD). This study used randomized block design with 3 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were control diet (C), C + 5% soybean oil (M), and C + Calcium soap of soybean oil 5% (S). The result showed that use of soybean oil at level 5% either with or without protection using calsium soap did not affect dry and organic matter digestibility, crude protein digestibility, crude fiber digestibility and ether extract digestibility. This result indicating that the addition of soybean oil calcium soap didn’t have negative effect on feed degradation by rumen microbe.
