Analisis Elemen-Elemen yang Berpengaruh pada Rantai Pasok Brokoli di PT Sayuran Siap Saji

Abstract

One of the agricultural products that is improved in Indonesia is broccoli. The demand of broccoli in Indonesia is 101 205 tons (2010), 113 491 tons (2011), 135 837 tons (2012) and 145 079 tons (2013) (BPS 2013). PT Sayuran Siap Saji is one of the company that works on the production and marketing of broccoli. The aim for this research is to analyze the supply chain of broccoli at the company, to analyze the elements that influences the broccoli supply chain and to analyze the sub-elements that involve on each element of broccoli supply chain by observing the formation of canonical matrix and digraph. Interpretive Structural Modeling is a method used to see the correlation on each sub-element at one element. The supply chain consists of farmer, company and restaurant. The element that identified is doer, need, problem, changes, aim, indicator, activity and affected segment. On the formation of canonical matrix and digraph, most of the subelements in included to sector IV which is independent sector that means those sub-elements are the key sub-elements and every change matters on the subelement will be described carefully.
