      Abstract
      Indonesia is a very vulnerable country against earthquakes because of it’s located between three active earth slabs like Pacific, Indo-Australian, and Eurasia and also a number of volcanoes. The occurrence of a strong earthquakes will produce an energy that shake everything on the earth's surface, including building structures. The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the resistance of Foresty Information Center Building structure against earthquake based on Indonesian Earthquake Hazard Map 2010 using a static equivalent method. This research was done in March-June 2014 used secondary data like shop drawing of Foresty Information Center Building, then analyzed by ETABS 9.7.2, and Microsoft Excell. The result of the analysis are: there are some componens which still unsafe due to the reinforcement is smaller than analysis result such as longitudinal reinforcement for beam-type B2 (existing 3D 19 < static analysis 5D 19), B3 (existing 6D 19 < static analysis 8D 19), and B3A (existing 4D 19 < static analysis 5D 19), and torsion reinforcement for beam B1, B1A, B2, B2A (existing (without reinforcement) < analisis statik 2D 19), B3 and B3A (existing 2D 19 < static analysis 4D 19), and columns K1-1(existing 12D 19 < static analysis 16D 19), K1-2 (existing 10D 19 < static analysis 13D 19), K3-1 (existing 6D 19 < static analysis 10D 19).
